THE DREAM: Build the Best Pro Shop In Western New York
But how do you build the best Pro Shop? Part of that comes from being a bowling customer for 20 plus years, trying multiple other pro shops, and just not receiving the greatest service. Some of the shops have great ball drillers, but terrible customer service. Some have great customer service, but don’t know how to change their style to meet what the customer needs. It meant talking to members of the bowling community, about what they needed, and wanted.
Here at Ten In The Pit, you get the entire package. Arsenal building, coaching, great customer service, and the ability to become a better bowler.
Have an idea you want to try? We are with you. Have a recommendation, or suggestion? We hear you. Tell us.
Don’t like the way the ball fits exactly? No problem. We can tweak it. If we drill it, we work on it until YOU are happy. No extra charge. Ever. To us, paying a drill fee, means getting the PERFECT FIT. Every time.
Josh started as a chef, and worked for various restaurants for the 15 years leading up to opening the shop. He knows high stress situations. He knows how to hustle. He LOVES bowling. He’s not your typical shop owner, who bowls once a week. He’s a 4 or 5 league a season kind of guy. He knows the lane conditions at every house in the area. He can even tell you which lanes at each house play differently. He knows what each and every ball on the market does, and how it can best be used to suit your needs.
He knows how to build and maintain an arsenal, and make recommendations on what you need for each specific house, and oil pattern you will be facing.
Now we have teamed up with PBA Pro, Brad Angelo. The shop is located inside Brad Angelo Lanes, and very frequently, when you shop with us, you have access to a pro bowler who can also answer all of your questions. Brad is part of BowlU, the premier bowling coaching program in the world. Not only do you receive the best customer service, you have access to a wealth of knowledge that you simply can’t receive anywhere else.
Kristina, Josh’s wife, runs things in the background. Social media, web design, the financials. Feed her coffee or she bites. She knows the business side of things and keeps that moving so that Josh can focus on YOU. Where else do you get that kind of attention from your Pro Shop?
